The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code The accusation is of assaulting the informant by lathi and slaps.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier anticipatory bail application was filed before the learned Sessions Judge which was disposed of with a direction to surrender before learned court below and seek regular bail but subsequently the petitioner had renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner has entered into

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13922 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 the compromise with the informant. The injury on the informant side has been found to be simple whereas the injury of petitioner's side has been found to be grievous. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No.15 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U
