This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2016. The petitioner has sated that he is accused only in Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 576 of 2015, nothing has been recovered from his possession or he has been put on test identification parade. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Saurabh Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 863(A) of 2016 arising out of Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 262 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, IX, Patna, or successor Court.
