Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been paid the entire retiral dues after delay of five years and makes a prayer to give direction to the Respondents to pay the interest over the amount which the petitioner has been paid after such a long time.

In such view of the matter, for the interest amount, the petitioner may file a representation before the competent authority, who will consider the representation of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.103 of 2019(4) dt.16-03-2021 2/2 and pass necessary order. While passing order, the interest will be considered as per the law.

With the above observation and direction, this petition is disposed of.
