The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On the basis of confessional statement of co-accused the accusation has been levelled and consequently, from the house of the petitioner the stolen motorcycle was recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged motorcycle was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner is residing in a different village.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15917 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.22 of 2015, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
