JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 The application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Dagarawa P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504, 506/35 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he has earlier moved before this Court for grant of bail and this Court vide order dated 20.12.2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with an observation that "the court below is directed to expedite the process of commitment and trial of the case and dispose of the same within a period of nine months". It is further submitted that in this case up-till now four witnesses have been examined out of ten witnesses.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12125 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the clear direction given in the previous order, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, rather the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within the period prescribed in the earlier order.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
