JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 5.8.2014 passed by District Magistrate, Gopalganj by which Supply Appeal No. 18/2013 preferred against the order dated 29.6.2013 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer-cum-licensing authority, Hathua by which he has cancelled the licence of the petitioner for running a PDS shop, has been dismissed for want of prosecution.

The petitioner did not even tried to get the appeal restored or re-admitted after the same was dismissed for default. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application for restoration /
