JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 17.01.2020, passed by the S.D.O. Sitamarhi, whereby and whereunder P.D.S. dealership of the petitioner has been cancelled.

Having regard to the short submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present petition as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the appellate authority under Rule 32(3) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016 and in case, such an appeal is filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.4053 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider and dispose off the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days, thereafter. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
