Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 86 of 2021 lodged under Sections 364, 364(A) & 34 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution story, the son of the informant Somnath Yadav was kidnapped and ransom was demanded and subsequently his dead body was recovered. Informant has made in total 6 person for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is a student, he is in custody since 02.06.2021, his antecedent is clean and charge sheet has already been filed in

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that upon the confessional statement all the present petitioner, the mobile of the petitioner was recovered from the house of other accused person.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner but he may renew his prayer for bail after six months from today. The Court below is directed to complete the trial as earliest as possible.
