The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201/34 and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner and during investigation accusation has been found true only under Sections 306 and 201 of the I.P.C. Though final form has still not submitted.

Considering death of the victim after four years of marriage and the petitioner being lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in
