Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that a country made loaded pistol and a cartridge was recovered from his possession on 23.11.2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that false implication is there as petitioner had lodged a complaint against Uttam Kumar, Sub-Inspector of Police posted in the same police station before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22219 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/successor Court in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) Police Station Case No. 648 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
