Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submitted that pursuant to the order dated 25.04.2022, the authorities are processing arrears of payment to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submitted that petitioner was taken back to duty on 11.01.2022. Further, monetary benefits have been released on 09.05.2022. To that effect show cause on behalf of Opposite Party No. 4, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna filed along with documents at Annexure 'G'.
