To remove all encroachment from the public road connecting Badi Masjid to Arya Samaj Mandir Chowk under Narkatiaganj Town of West Champaran District.
(II). To hold that the public road in question can be used for the purposes of road only and its user cannot be changed by the concerned respondents."
