2. The present Cr. Misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 07.01.2025 passed in B.A. No. 958 of 2024 in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021, by the learned Sessions Judge, Supaul.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the learned Trial Court for mediation/ conciliation between the parties.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
