Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case 309 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a), 32, 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is said to have been made from a place with which this petitioner has no concern. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
