Fazle Karim, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Dilip Kumar No.1, learned APP for the State and Mr. Ashutosh Tripathy, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sasaram Mufassil P.S.Case No.56 of 2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is informed by the learned counsel for the parties that the mediation has failed.

4. Appearance of Mr. Ashutosh Tripathy, learned counsel for the informant, who has vehemently opposed, is

5. In view of the allegation that the petitioner has assaulted the informant is general and omnibus, as well as, considering the fact that the informant has made specific allegation against her 'Dewar' and the demand of dowry is not substantiated, the petitioner is directed to be released on prearrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned district court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned court, in connection with Sasaram Mufassil P.S.Case No.56 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The learned district court is directed to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in some other cases as what has been stated in paragraph No.3 of the bail application, this order will automatically lose its force.
