There is allegation against the petitioner that he along with others assaulted the informant by means of lathi and rod, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. case no. 362/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
