The petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a) and 32(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the vehicle about 356 liters of country made liquor was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.01.2017. The petitioner has already been remained in jail for more than 51⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
