2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that a certified copy of the order has already been filed on 27.03.2024 itself.

3. In view thereof, the defect(s) as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter is ignored.

4. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that on account of inadvertence, in the order dated 04.01.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18435 of 2022, in para-5, the date of death of the

Patna High Court MJC No.571 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 husband of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as 11.03.2022 in place of 11.12.2021. In support of the aforesaid contention, learned counsel for the petitioner also relies upon Annexure-2 (Death Certificate) to the present application.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the order dated 04.01.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18435 of 2022 is modified to the extent that in para-5 the date of death of the husband of the petitioner shall be read as "11.12.2021" in place of "11.03.2021".

4. The instant modification application stands allowed.
