The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 245 of 2016, registered under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on 18.10.2016, the petitioner reached at the grocery shop of the informant and took few articles from his shop without paying money. When informant asked for money, then he refused to give money and threatened to informant to make complain anywhere. The petitioner is in habit of taking materials from different shops situated in the market.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15159 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 to grudge and enmity petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Smt. Sangeeta Rani, Sub-Judge-XIV-cumACJM, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 245 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
