This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.01.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge V, East Champaran at Motihari in S.Tr. No. 304 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-2273 of 2012 by which learned Judge has rejected the discharge application filed by the petitioners.
