This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 255, 256, 258, 259, 260 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

From the house of this petitioner fake stamp papers were recovered by the police.

Submission of the petitioner is that the electric bill of the house is in the name of the wife of the petitioner, to whom, the petitioner has already divorced in the year 2001. The petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. He is in custody since 09.12.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation and the material

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16823 of 2017 (3) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 available, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 103/2014.
