The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent concerned to resolve the error in record whereby and whereunder the Respondent Circle Officer has been sent after correction but same is not correct by the

(ii) and/or any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Let the Additional Collector, Siwan, the newly added respondent take a decision on the petition of the petitioner which he shall be filing in four weeks.

4. The decision to come within a period of three months thereafter.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
