The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 341 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioners are alleged to have caused injury on the head of the informant with lathi and the medical report corroborates the injury on the head of the informant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
