Petitioner is accused in connection with Protest-cumComplaint Case No. 110 C of 2010 arising out of Beldour P.S. Case No. 77 of 2009 corresponding to S. Tr. No. 365 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier also for the same occurrence Beldour P.S. Case No. 77 of 2009 was lodged against petitioner and one other. Final form has been submitted in the case. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2016.
