The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 490 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners is innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further he submits that petitioners and informant are co-villagers. Further he submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that

Hence, the petitioners do not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
