The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, the five named accused persons including the petitioner herein are stated to have fired about five shots on the petitioner. It is stated by the informant that he rode his cycle at high speed and the shots fired by the accused persons were going past his right and left ears. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as levelled in the FIR are false and concocted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case due to oblique reasons. The petitioner is in custody since 7.11.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner having remained in custody for over 10 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Gogari P.S. Case no. 350 of 2020, G.R. no. 2886 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
