The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65467 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No.161 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise-II, Darbhanga, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 16.12.2022 is modified to the extent as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18689 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
