Let the defects be removed within four weeks after start of the physical Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 14.01.2021. Investigation of the case against the petitioners is already complete.

Considering the fact that this is the first offence alleged against the petitioners under the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and investigation of the case is already complete, let

No.22365 of 2021(2) dt.27-08-2021 2/2 the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khagaria Police Station Case No. 54 of 2021, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
