The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piprasi P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 13 litres of illicit liquor from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in two other case but he is on bail in the said two cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.01.2019.
