The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sadar (Bhalpatti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 323 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that the villagers had confined a boy and on such the informant and other police officials went, but the villagers protested. Somehow, the police took out Md. Shahnawaj Anwar from the custody of the villagers. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Md. Shahnawaj Anwar tried to outrage modesty of a girl of the village and that is why the villagers confined him, but the police came and got him free. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

No.7110 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar (Bhalpatti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
