The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 364, 504, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co-accused Md. Taslim enticed away the minor daughter of the informant and got her married with the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim girl is on talking terms with her family members and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14543 of 2015 (4) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.488 of 2011, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
