It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a named in the FIR but due to typographical error it has been wrongly typed as "The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Abdul Khalid Hussain @ Golu." in the forth paragraph of the order dated 03.01.2023, .

Accordingly, the order dated 03.01.2023 is modified to the extent that the said sentence written in the forth paragraph of the order be deleted.

The rest part of the order dated 03.01.2023 shall remain unchanged and the time granted to the petitioner in the
