The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under section 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C.

The gist of the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with the daughters of the informant went to see fair from where Amit Kumar enticed Chandni Kumari with the help of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the victim girl and the sister of the victim girl went to the fair and the petitioner in no way helped Amit Kumar. It is submitted that Amit Kumar had love affair with Chandni Kumari and Amit Kumar and Chandni Kumari went on a auto-rickshaw.

No.8071 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2 / 2 Considering the fact that there is no allegation against the petitioner that she helped Amit Kumar and others in kidnapping the victim girl, rather the petitioner was present while the victim girl was going along with Amit Kumar, and the fact that the petitioner is a girl, the petitioner, named above, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No. 93/2014, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
