JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 338, 295(A) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that on protest being made for listening vulgar songs by co-accused Anjum through mobile, the informant's son Bipin Singh was assaulted by the accused persons and co-accused Bhutto Ali assaulted the informant with brick bat on the head of informant and when informant's second came to rescue he was also assaulted by the accused persons.

No.7397 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that three persons from the informant side received injuries, most of the injuries appear to be simple in nature and seven persons from petitioners' side received injuries and some of the injuries have been found to be grievous. There is counter version of the occurrence also.
Considering the genesis of the occurrence as well as the fact that some of the petitioners have received grievous injuries, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 299/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
