This petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 23.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17020 of 2015 with regard to extend three months more time for depositing Rs.2, 80000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that petitioner was granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17020 of 2015, subject to the condition to deposit Rs. 50,000/- in the court below within a month from the date of his release and, furthermore, to deposit the rest amount within six months and, as a matter of fact, petitioner has already deposited Rs.50,000/- but he needs some more time to deposit the remaining amount.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9920 of 2016 (2) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 Learned Additional public prosecutor does not raise any objection.

Accordingly, petitioner is permitted to deposit the remaining amount in question within three months from today and, accordingly, the order dated 23.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17020 of 2015 stands modified to the above stated extent. In the aforesaid manner, this petition stands disposed of.

Let this order be communicated to the court of Sri D.K.Bhasker Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Rosera, Samastipur/ concerned court in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No. 169 of 2014 without any delay.
