The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.7 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 450 bottles, each containing 375 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, and 480 bottles, each containing 180 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, from the bathan of the house of this petitioner. The petitioner succeeded to flee away from there on reaching the police party there. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S.
