Appeal (SJ) No.1459 of 2018, the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.49 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-V, Patna. However, the petitioners could not furnish bail bond within time.

Prayer is for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed. Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioners to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioners shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
