The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No. 179/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 120(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner and other accused persons and alleged that the petitioner and other kidnapped her grand-daughter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that Dharmendra Gosai and Arvind Gosai kidnapped her. Dharmendra Gosai forced her to marry with him and established physical relation with her and Arvind Gosai dropped her to her village from Banglore. The victim did not make any

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the victim did not make any allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.179/2015.
