Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 61661 of 2019 which was rejected vide order dated 21.11.2019 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. In this case charge has already been framed and as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2019.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10057 of 2020(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
