The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that on 12.10.2015 the informant's motorcycle, cash of rupees twenty five hundred and PAN card were robbed, similar was the treatment with the travellors on the road, leading to the registration of the FIR against the petitioner and two others.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery of robbed motorcycle was made from co-accused Mithlesh Yadav. Nothing has been recovered from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7035 of 2016 (2) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 the petitioner and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Lakhisarai.
