2. Earlier, the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 24075 of 2025 but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground that while rejecting his bail application, it was observed by this Court that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year under custody.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the stipulated period has completed. The petitioner has remained under custody for 1 year and 3 months. The quantity of ganja recovered from possession of the petitioner is less than the commercial quantity.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge I, Bhagalpur in connection with NDPS Case No. 06/2025 arising out of Naugachiya P.S. Case No. 385 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
