Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 379, 504/34 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner being agnates of the informant assaulted two sons of the informant with regard to throwing of garbage. One of the sons of the informant received grievous injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8261 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail which will be considered by learned Court below keeping in view of the fact that other co-accused has been granted bail in connection with Madhepura(Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 630 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura. Accordingly the application is disposed off.
