The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Teghra P.S. Case No.479 of 2018 registered under Sections 448, 452, 341, 323, 504, 506, 34, 342 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that at about 7.00 a.m., in the morning, while he was sleeping in his room, both the petitioners and two sons of Randhir Kumar Singh namely, Prince Kumar and Gulshan Kumar locked the room of informant from outside. When the informant complained, the petitioners unlocked the room but assaulted the informant and fled away after having made indiscriminate firing.

Grandsons of petitioner No.1 and two sons of petitioner No.2 are also made accused in the case. The petitioners are close agnates of the informant and the house of the petitioners is situated by the side of the house of the informant. On account of land dispute, the informant lodged this case making false and frivolous allegation. Nobody is injured. Considering the aforesaid fact that the informant did not get any injury and the petitioners are close agnates of the informant, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.479 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
