2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 143 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is that she has fraudulently transferred the matured amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- of LIC policy in her account.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that Saibi Devi, who was having similar nature of allegation has already been granted bail by the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11764 of 2026(2) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 coordinate bench of this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15198 of 2024. He also submits that other co-accused persons namely, Mithilesh Singh and Anil Kumar have also been granted bail by the learned coordinate benches of this court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 3509 of 2022 and 2491 of 2022 respectively. He further submits that the petitioner is lady having no criminal antecedent and she is languishing in judicial custody since 14.11.2023.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 143 of 2021.
