The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.223 of 2013, corresponding to Trial No.465 of 2015, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur. Considering that earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.47638 of 2014, I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7138 of 2016 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
