The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Tajpur (Waini) P.S. Case no. 106/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 24.10.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 33452/2011 but the petitioner again moved before this court for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the son of the petitioner who is alleged to have kidnapped the victim has already

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14970 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail on 24.04.2013 by the learned Sessions Judge.

It appears that the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected four years ago with a direction to the petitioners to surrender in the court below but the petitioners remained absconding and did not appear before the court for last four years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on the anticipatory bail. Accordingly the same is rejected.
