In the instant petition, petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 27.12.2019.
Petitioner had benefit of status quo. During pendency of the present petition, petitioner attained the age of superannuation and he retired from service on 28.02.2021, in the result the present petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain disputes was required to be settled by the respondents. In this regard, petitioner is permitted to make necessary representation/ application before the competent authority
Patna High Court CWJC No.4282 of 2020 dt.17-11-2021 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
The competent authority is hereby directed to take appropriate steps to settle the dispute within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of petitioner's application/ representation.
With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition stands disposed of.
