JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and sections 3 and 4 of Explosive Substances Act. It is alleged against the petitioner that he fired with pistol causing injury on the left hand of the informant when the informant fell down then co accused Sanaul Hoda used explosives causing injury on the stomach of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation was found false and final form was submitted but differing with the same, cognizance was taken in 2014. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13251 of 2015 (2) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 254 of 2007 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Jamui.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
