The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 353 and 332/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners assaulted one constable Panchdeo Singh who intercepted the petitioners to cross India-Nepal border.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury has been found to be superficial. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12384 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2 / 2 petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 04 of 2013, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Araria.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
