One mini gun factory is said to have been unearthed from the house of the petitioner and some unfinished firearms were recovered but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in jail custody since 23.12.2015 but up till now, his trial could not be concluded.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Tarapur P.S. Case no. 125/2015.
